These 5 steps are how i support myself when I start worrying or feel anxious.
- Acknowledge it and notice what it feels like in the body
- Accept it, it is totally normal and human to feel like this
- Support yourself - hands, breath, words
- Do one positive thing, bath/ move/ change your energy
- Nourish - drink water, eat well, rest lots
