Who do we want to be?
Maybe we need to check our reflexive reactions more often and see if we can slowly but surely encourage ourselves to be the people we actually want to become rather than the ones we are programmed to be.
This is a very simple example here but maybe it might resonate.. What irritates or stresses us and do we have to react that way?
Let's rewire the brain through consciously changing our actions and thoughts..
